who pre-register will receive insurance protection for
accidents that could occur 96 hours before arriving at
the General Conference. If they reside more than
1,000 miles from Louisville; if less than 1,000 miles,
48 hours of travel protection is included.
Only $10.00 per person will
provide protection for you and your family as you travel
directly to and from General Conference only;
side trips are not covered. At General Conference,
registration will provide protection beginning only at
the time of registration and ending either 96 or 48
hours after the close of the conference, depending on
how far you live from Louisville, Kentucky. Along
with your insurance protection, you will receive your
General Conference program and name badge. With
this registration form you must include $10.00 per
person. You may send a check, money order, or
charge to a major credit card.
