About the PreTeen EditorJoni Owens resides in O'Fallon, Missouri, with her husband, the Reverend Randal Owens. They have three adult children who are all active in their respective churches, and five delightful grandchildren—Rebekah, Cody, Sophia, Lillianna, and Molly. Sister Owens has been a Sunday school teacher, children’s church teacher, children’s ministry director, and teacher/speaker at teacher training conferences. She currently attends New Life Center in Bridgeton, Missouri. As editorial designer for Word Aflame Publications, she oversees the design and printing production of Kindergarten and PreTeen curriculum, in addition to various other duties. In 2005 Sister Owens accepted the editing duties of Kindergarten and PreTeen curriculum. She also served as kids POWer hour field editor from 1999 to 2005. She attended the Apostolic Bible Institute in St. Paul, Minnesota. |

and now." Each manual is filled with eye-appealing decorating
ideas, powerful lessons, and delightful activities, including
service projects.

This packet contains more than visuals. It is packed with skits, programs, ideas for socials and special projects, games, and other creative teaching aids. Many items in this packet can be used in youth and nursing home services, as well as the Sunday school class. A bonus resource CD is provided that includes items to be printed on an as-needed basis.

This four-page activity/take-home paper reinforces the day’s lesson and memory passage through short stories, activities, and creative artwork. Instructions are given in the teacher’s manual for using this paper as a teaching tool in class and at home.
