Through Compassion Services International (CSi) we have distributed approximately $200,000 in humanitarian aid to our churches in Ukraine. CSi also has partnered with another charitable organization to secure refugee housing in Poland. In addition, more than one hundred church members have been evacuated from war-torn portions of Ukraine thanks to CSi assistance.
The situation in Ukraine is dire, but the latest reports indicate that most Apostolic believers and churches are safe. One national leader reported that Ukrainian believers are experiencing supernatural protection and assurance. “It’s like we feel an angelic presence around us,” he noted.
We received a report from our leader in Ukraine. He and his family are in a small village outside of Kiev. Currently, they are safe and in close contact with our churches and pastors. Cities throughout the county are under attack, including Odessa, where there is a naval base and an Apostolic church.
