United Pentecostal Foundation
The United Pentecostal Foundation was incorporated in the state of Missouri on October 17, 2003, under charter number N00547299. The United Pentecostal Foundation is a not-for-profit corporation organized under the laws of the State of Missouri as a Supporting Organization for the benefit of the United Pentecostal Church International and its ministries.
The United Pentecostal Foundation has been established to encourage, promote, facilitate, and motivate the making and granting of gifts, donations, bequests, and devises by deed, will, trust, or otherwise and to provide for the receipt, administration, management, and investment of assets to distribute earnings realized therefrom for the benefit, support, promotion, expansion, and extension of the ministries, works, causes, objects, programs, and publishing functions of the United Pentecostal Church International and its affiliated divisions, departments, agencies, boards, commissions, libraries, historical center, and publications.
